helping my friend spec a rig

Tripp

too many shrooms
So a friend of mine asked me to spec him a rig, mostly for work but he will be playing some games on it to, but it needed to be between £300-£400 an no os was needed.

I came up with this: PCPartPicker part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/7XgDvK
Price breakdown by merchant: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/7XgDvK/by_merchant/

CPU: AMD FX-8320E 3.2GHz 8-Core Processor (£98.18 @ Scan.co.uk)

What do you lot think? What changes would you make if any?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (£139.81 @ CCL Computers)
Motherboard: MSI B85M-P33 V2 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£40.59 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Kingston Savage 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£35.69 @ Ebuyer)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£35.40 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card (£90.00 @ Ebuyer)
Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case (£28.17 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (£39.99 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £409.65

More efficient less heat and better performing.
(allso i dont like the low end evga psu's thay are made from cheap nasty parts the 500b dosent even stay in its 80% efficiency range)
