HELP!!!!!! with my 680i

Hi

I have just finished my new build and i came to the switch it on and everything powered up, but then no boot at all.

The screen is just blank.

Please help me, i tried changing the graphics card and there was still nothing.

My specs are:

E6600

Evga 680i

2gb of ddr 2

I tried changing the ram to some i know works, and there is still nothing.

Please any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Eek, umm check the CPU is seated properly, try adding a fan to the CPU_FAN header, check the output on your PSU, check the PSUs compatibility with that motherboard and try removing all un necessary devices and use one stick of memory at a time, in each slot. If none of that works I would try to verify the condition of your CPU and if thats fine, the GPU, then if thats fine, go for the DOA

Right thanks, i think that this is going to be hard ill have to drain my water cooling then check the cpu.

Try taking the ram out and then powering the pc up, see/listen if it will give u beep codes. of coz ur pc speaker has to be plugged into the mobo

Because i thought i was going to have to take off some hoses becuase they were in the way, but i just removed it from the case and took the block off.

Anyways its on its way to germany on rma so we will see what happens.
