2gb samsung ram + 2gb pny ram (trampy mix up, i know

I am looking to upgrade my CPU, RAM, MOBO, CPU COOLER. These are some builds i put together so far,
AMD Build (i'd be using my 955cpu i have now)

I would like to know if its all good and will work, if there are any better parts for the same price ect. ALSO I Would like to know whether i should wait for ivy bridge (when does that come out?) or not, get the intel build now? or wait till january ? ????? help bro's help
