My old power supply unfortunately decided to die.

And now I have a problem, because I am not sure which PSU to pick.
I have 2 candidates right now (both 80% bronze):
-430W
-500W

According to this calculator: http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine recommended PSU wattage (at full load and 100% TDP) is 321W. Do you think that 430W PSU will do fine for me?

I know it would be better to buy 500w psu, as some spare wattage is never a bad thing. However I am going to buy new PC somewhen in the future and I am going to remove GPU from the old one, which will only serve for browsing web or checking mail. As you imagine 500w PSU will be bit of an overkill.

What do you think? Which PSU to go for? I'd be most grateful for fast response, as I would like to order it tomorrow.

P.S.
If anyone would like to know what my system specs are, here you go:

Intel pentium dual core E5300 (2,6 ghz)
Geforce 9800gt
1 stick of 2gb DDR2 800mhz ram
160gb 7200.11 Seagate barracuda hdd
Some old Soundblaster 5.1 card

(system can be quite stressed when I play newer games)

If the price diffrence is minimal then go for the 500w ...

Which psu's are you looking at ?

It is very minimal, indeed. However like I said I am going to build myself some decent rig, and the old one is going to serve for browsing web only (and it will run on integrated GPU, as I am going to sell 9800gt). Wouldn't it be bit of an overkill to have 500W PSU in it??

The two power supplies I am looking at are
Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2EU - 430W
OCZ StealthXStream 2 500W 80+

i wouldnt buy an ocz power supply, most people on these forums avoid ocz like the plague, and there is a reason.

The 500w could always serve as a backup psu for your new system...

And you cant go wrong with corsair components....

a lot of people have had problems with ocz products, not just the powersupplies, ocz at the moment is a pretty bad brand.

430W will be more than enough for what you're planning to use the system for. Going to a 500-550W PSU woudn't be bad as a little headroom will always do you good.
Just go with a good brand like Seasonic or Corsair for example.

I'd say a 430 could even be a slight overkilll, seems, as you said, your using the integrated GPU, otherwise the 500w.

I'd still go for the 430 regardless.
