I'm looking for a new digital camera to take with me to the Carling Cup final. I want to take some pictures on us all getting down there and some pictures of the match. I've been looking on ebay, but I don't know what I’m looking at with all these spec. I don't want to spend a great deal on the camera as i still need to pay for the coach down to Cardiff lol. Basically I want something under £100 (less if I can), good zoom (because i don't know where will be sat till i pick up my ticket tomorrow), Least 3M Res, Small & Light Weight, Good Picture Quietly. So help me find a good camera please :)

Anything from Canon will suit you well... Bests digi's on the market.

For sub 100 u might be able to find an SD300 on ebay or used somewhere, I had that before my S80 and it was a superb little camera.

Yeah its not a looker but has great features and at least it actually takes decent pictures...unlike most budget camera's :)

Don't even bother with those Lumi's... Those are the biggest pieces of crap.

That Olympus is a pretty nice camera though, it would probably do you well.

Can't go wrong with Canon IMO

Motion seconded... Canon > everything else :)

Fuji Finepix are good models to go for, I have seen the S602 zoom for £80 on ebay before, when first introduced retailed at £600 +.

I must add I did not buy it as I already had one and thought it might be a scam but you never know, it was over a year ago. Just had a quick peek there are some available at really good prices, FYI they also run off pencil batteries so no need for power socket (just loads of batteries x4 at once, but check just in case it is a different model
