[Help Overclocking]

There is a video on YouTube that TTL did for overclocking and 1155. It applies to what you would like to do. Watch that, all of it, then go for it. Be prepared to spend some time doing this. It helped me a ton. Then come back with some specific questions.
OC3D tv is the channel.
Good luck

Indeed, watch the video, take notes as TTL recommends.. pay close attention, read as many threads as possible with your chosen hardware in mind especially threads where people have successfully overclocked and share their experiences then do some more reading and watch TTLs guide again. Then do your homework by studying your Bios, learn every acronym and setting. Only when you are 100% confident you know what your doing should you start overclocking, unless you have no issue with destroying hardware, worse case scenario you kill your CPU, RAM and possibly motherboard.

As a final message and best piece of advice I can give, NEVER copy someone elses bios settings for overclocking.

I'd advise that you run OCCT at stock to begin with and see what your temp are like. The cooler you've fitted isn't the best for overclocking so run at stock to see how much headroom you have :)

I have to agree here, you will get very limited overclocks here, you might get a big overclock, but it will only last for a few minutes with that cooler, ideally you need some thing bigger, or a H100i, H105 etc etc, to make any big overclocks and keep them running 24/7
