Help on which fans

I want to know what are the best fans to cool a case are quite and is good to waer cool. Noctua or Corsair.

Watercooling you say? Well if it's performance you want then pick the ones you like. Silence is different... Depends on the rpm you want to which you think is silent.

Go for Corsair SP120 Quiet editions. Run them on a fan speed reducer, and they're very quiet, they perform well on radiators, they look a hell of a lot nicer than Noctuas, and they're cheaper
