HELP: Nvidia driver issues

Hey there sorry if this is in the wrong section im new to the forums and have a problem i cannot get my head around.

My rig is as follows:
Asus Maxmimus 4 Extreme
3570k
H100I
EVGA 660
kingston hyperx 120gbSSD3k
and a WD 500gb 6gb/s
AX650 corsair psu

I recently added the psu h100i and SSD to my rig all was fine. until yesterday i tried to update to the latest nvidia Graphic drivers, which installed fine i rebooted then windows would not load ( wanted to repair) which i did then it couldnt. i attempted a roll back with no such luck

i proceeded. to reinstall windows. on the SSD updated all drivers and windows updates. then attempted to do the graphics drivers, with the same story. computer installs them fine. reboots, and cannot load windows reboots and wants to repair.

ive done this with both the SSD and the mechanical harddrives. installed seperately ( not at the same time)

once i had tested both hard drives serperately, with both installing windows drivers and windows updates with no problem. the nvidia drivers the only thing to cause this to happen. i presume my graphcis card is done??

and im absolutely stumped.

can some one please help me?

thank you in advance.

---------

a little update. it appears i can boot into safemode with no issues.

but booting normally into windows presents the issues,

and as i have said before it appears the nvidia driver are the issue, ive tried installing previous version in safemode and in normal with the same results.

i can load into windows in safe mode. but cannot load into windows normally. with out windows rebooting and wanting to repair it self. then want to roll back before the drivers were installed.

again im unsure what my next step should be im absolutely stumped.

thanks if anyone can help me.

edit:

Ive installed a old gtx285 i had from a previous build. and then updated the drivers to the latest nvidia version. with no errors no problem what so ever.everything is working fine.

which leads me to believe it the 660 has a issue?

could some tell me if im answering my own question please. that the 660 is indeed the broken?
