Evening all.

New user alert.

Built my first system years ago with a Duron... Gradually moved up to an Athlon 2300+ with a little clock, then onto an Athlon 64 3000+ in a Biostar sff system which is just about to be sold...

Have moved to the dark side and got the following kit on it's way. hoping to get up to 3gig on stock cooling but, ever the messer, will probably upgrade that.

Here's my current kit:-

2180 conny

2gb geil ultra kit

p35_ds3r mobo

x1950 pci-e

samsung 20x dvd dual layer drive

antek nsk4480 case and psu

WD 160gb 8mb cache IDE

Maxtor 240gb 16mb cache IDE

And looking at the WD SATA II drive, the 400gb version

wish i'd have seen the negative stuff about ocuk before i'd bought a load of kit off them. currently awaiting an rma exchange for the mobo which arrived with the northbridge heatsink hanging off

replacement due on friday though, and tbf, they've been ok with the whole process. seems a few others dont share the same good fortune.
