hey guys,

its that time of the month again where i get money twichey and want to spend summat.

My cpu temp is about 50c idle on both cores (just under that actually), and not too much higher on load.

however, i would like to overclock the chip a bit more, but would PREFER lower temps (plus my room get DAMN hot during the day due to the pc lol).

but neways, need a cooler, was thinking of the following:

Scythe Andy Samurai Master

Scythe Infinity

Scythe Ninja Plus Rev.B

Scythe Kama Cross

Scythe Katana 2

Zalman CNPS9700-NT

there is enough air going thru my case, but i think theres just not enuf metal to actually lower the temps atm.......i'm using the new AMD heatsink with the heatpipes, but just thought of upgrading to something a bit..........larger.

views?

Most of those would do the job for u tbh. Personally I like the Scythe Ninja, Kemp uses the Infinity in a test rig I believe. Differences ? Much of a muchness I suspect, I`d use either if they were at hand.

It aint gonna kewl u`r room mind u :p probably make it that little bit warmer outside of the case :p

Question may be the physical aspect of what u can fit in u`r case and mobo. Some of these are real skyscraper mofos.

(off topic, Intel E6400 stock cooler I`ve seen recently is a pretty good looking piece of kit)

stupid question i know...

im going for the infinity, but how heavy is it, and how CAREFUL do i have to be so it doesn't rip the socket outta the board?

ne suggestions on lightening the load on the board?

For what DFI? I stuck some Swifty RAMsinks on my ICFX3200, but you'll NEED a new cooler for the NB, that thing gets steaming
