Headphones (& mic)

Ive currently got a Plantronics something or other...which is proberbly the worst headphone ive ever bought.

Problem is, one: the "headphone" part of it isnt very good, i.e. sound is rubbish at best, and the microphone likes my breathing a little too much (and anything else going on for that matter).

Im not prepaired to spend "a fortune" on one, but it needs to be decent enough.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
