Rumor I heard that this is pretty much a test-bench card, not necessarily the end result, and the drivers aren't necessarily up to it.
So I wouldn't read too much into what looks like the "poor" performance atm. Poor when u consider the other hardware in the pc would make most high-end card score about that much.
I'd w8 until a better version of the card is in the mainstream b4 judging it too harshly. Probably needs a bit more black tape here and there.

That I thought was pretty pathetic from the AMD guy. nVidia, as he should know, have a whole department which is designed as a money-loser, that go out and assist game devs with their efforts. AMD are invited (as the question came up cos people like TheInquirer were saying nVidia were making the game devs be exclusive to them) - but they decline too many times.
