Hard disk burn-in

Guys,

I think i may have a bit of an issue with my raid0 array. I've already recreated it, reformatted it and reinstalled windows, but i'm convinced one of the disks is faulty.

Do you know of any software that will stress the whole of a hard disk to the point of destruction?

HDTach doesnt really stress it much, Sandra won't load on x64 for some reason...and now i'm out of ideas.

I've got their drive utils, but there wasn't any proper hard disk tests on there. I'll have a butchers of their site and see if there is anything else

try defragging lol, thats bound to stress a drive pretty bad

open up a couple of explorer windows and copy a big file in every explorer window can possibly work.

Hitachi's Drive Fitness Test didn't do anything? Granted, I dunno what it really does.

Yeah now there's an idea. I'm getting stuck as to what this problem could be - only seems to happen on a cold startup.
