Ok so basically:
I gave my brother a hint about the Deathadder about 2 weeks ago. Up until today, he played it off like he wasn't going to get me it because he can't afford it. So today comes, and he's like that free 7/11 drink coupon I gave you is your present. Sorry, but I can't afford anything else since I'm paying for my own classes. So I'm like :| but I still have hope, I'm like he'll come through. So all week I was waiting for him to come late from work since that'd be when he buys my present. He wasn't late*. So my friends come over, surprise me with gifts when I specifically told them not to but they did anyways :| So we hang out and stuff and then they leave and it's time to cut cake and eat with family So I'm all bummed out, I'm like wth? my parents, and even my friends got me presents and my bro couldn't get me anything? Not even a little $5 thing? Screw the Deathadder... Ok so they get me all bummed out and my mom and dad are in on it, and my mom acts like she feels so bad that I didn't get anything else on my birthday. I start getting more bummed out and we're all bummed out T_T Then when i begin to cut the cake, they pull out a wrapped present. At first, I'm like DEATHADDER! Then at a closer inspection, I'm like wtf?! This is too big to be the deathadder...
So my brother is like I got you those Nikes that you wanted. I'm like wtf? What Nikes? My mom starts going to my brother and is like you shouldn't have gotten him shoes... and I'm like "..."
Then i open it up and is a Fila box and then I open it up, and hey! Somehow, a razer deathadder got in here
But, I didn't get completely owned, why?
1) I knew my bro wouldn't do that to me
2) When I came home from hangin with friends my mom started pushing the "I feel bad you didn't get any presents, your brother should've atleast got you something" So I had a feeling something was up
3) My mom and brother were whispering to eachother an awful lot...
4) They started trying to hurry the cake cutting before I got too upset xD
5) When I opened the wrapping, and saw the Fila box, I recognized it from under my bro's bed xD
overall, I got owned.
