People who bought the Ultimate edition are able to play right now and are already reporting being able to max it out at 4K and get over 60FPS on a single 1070, I'm calling BS on the 4K GPU requirements.

The game isn't exactly a graphical behemoth, I've watched a few videos of it and it looks like a slightly more detailed version of Starcraft, Graphically any way.

Even a comparison here between min and max settings with an FPS counter appearing now and then -
