H50 help

Hello, I,ve installed a H50 in athermaltake case black amor .I,ve tried three of the fans that i have push&pull not sure of the cfm but temps still 57c Q6700 dose the case air flow make the difference or do I need toget thecfm at the right spot .I have been looking at the HAF 932 ? said it was the best airflow case . any help would be gratefull cutter thermaltake850 psu mobod975xbxkr2 8gb corsair 649gb hd evga260

Doesnt make that much difference dude. If thats 57 Load then the temps are correct.

57 seems high if its not overclocked by quite a big when i had my 3.3ghz running prime 95 that was topping at 54

NO the 57c is at idle i must be doing something wrong

make sure u have that q fan control thing disabled if you have it or any kind of fan controller cause that will throttle down the speed of the pump and might explain the high temps

Like isaid I don,t understandit Inever got over45c on the swiftteck cpu pump. I,ve beentold to try the Noctua NE-P12 in a push&poll comboalso mycase dose not have the best airflow

the h50 isnt all about the best airflow as you should be gettin the air directly from the back of the case (like corsair recommends) so i think its the pump not workin to max

I have disabled the cpufan inthe bios an downloaded speed fan it showeseven higher temps I must not know what hell Iam doing, at 61 trying to be agamer call of duty 4 crisi ghost recon mass effect but,when i foundout how much fun shootingall those sob ,itried to hop up this rig Sorry but we usa should of nucked north viet.If any of youcould help this old b----ted I would appreate it

have you tried google to see if ppl have had similar problems? and is the h50 new? if its the pump thats the problem you might need to RMA it

I am sucking in air from the back of the case. All cpu fan controls are off. I put an 85cfm and a push & pull config and dropped the temp by one degree c. I am in the process of calling about an rma. I can hear the pump running so i do not know what the problem is, but is the haf-932 case a good air flow case that might help????? Thank you cutter

if your bringing air in from the back of the case it would make very little difference buying a new one.

are you sure you have put the thermal paste on correctly?

The H50 came with thermal on it so i just put it incase i have artic silver or is there another past that is better

well after trial an error I've put a low speedfan on with the side off the case now it idles at49c still not good

Plug the pump in to a molex with a 3 pin adapter. Im almost certain thats what the problem is dude

hello well i pluged the pump into a molex withathreepin but the temp is still high57c. I did have one time it went down to 29c . but when the restart it went right to 57c. So i am going to request an rma .Ithink it is the pump thanks
