It was mind blowing
And I was even luckier because the LHC has been running solidly all year, so no-one has been allowed down due to the radiation. However I went on the one day all year that technical maintenance was being carried out

I Saw the mass of wires and my brain yelled CERN!!! Then I thought I was crazy... guess I'm not.... well... only slightly... Looks like a lot of fun man! Wish I was there.
