GTX 950 ppd

New card incoming to replace the 750Ti so expect some numbers within the next few days.

It SHOULD produce PPD just above the 660Ti (760) but with a 60w less power draw, mind you saying that on Core 21 the 950 should cream the 660Ti as it seems to be dragging it's heels somewhat on those...time for another upgrade? lol

Right then, i originally installed the 950 in my Q6600 machine but it was pulling like 215w from the wall compared to the 145-150w with the 750ti in.

PPD on a 9122 (core 18) was around 102k

So now i've changed things again, 750ti back to where it was and now i've swapped out my 660ti in my i5 rig which was producing 69k ppd on a 9124 (core 18) pulling 225w for the 950 and that's only pulling 167w on a 9129 (core 18) whilst producing 105k.

One thing to mention, unless you get a card with stock clocks you'll never see the low 90w Nvidia quote, most overclocked cards are pulling more like 120w.

Still, i'm happy enough, uses less power than the 660Ti and produces more ppd.

UPDATE:

9704 (core 21) producing 128k & pulling 182w
9206 (core 21) producing 107k & pulling 182w
9209 (core 21) producing 127k & pulling 176w
9712 (core 21) producing 117k & pulling 185w
9129 (core 18) producing 122k & pulling 169w
9430 (core 18) producing 126k & pulling 164w (in comparison the GTX 960 produces 146k on similar wu)
9122 (core 18) producing 110k & pulling 166w
9119 (core 18) producing 114k & pulling 168w
9124 (core 18) producing 140k & pulling 168w
9140 (core 18) producing 142k & pulling 168w
