Gtx 770?

I'm going to upgrade my gtx 580 to a 770 in a couple of weeks and i'm wanting to get a reference 770 since i want to watercool soon, not in a hurry just now as it's coming into winter but plan to hopefully do it soon.

I'm wondering which one of these two or if both are reference design so it doesn't matter which card i get?

The EVGA cards are reference, the MSI isn't.
