S straydog New member Mar 3, 2014 #1 So I got this 450w psu just recently. Now I want to upgrade graphics to a gtx 650 and the question becomes, will 450w be enough. Other Components are: intel i3 (ivy) kingston hyperx ssd stock cpu cooler and 4 other fans

cooperman New member Mar 3, 2014 #3 Yes more than enough the GTX650 is only a 64w card (max power) according to nvidia. http://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-650/specifications

Feronix New member Mar 3, 2014 #4 That is more than enough, Tom recently did a video in which he ran a GTX 780 Ti with an i5 4670k off the RM450 and even that was fine (though it didn't have a lot of headroom to spare).
