FX 8320 @3.7Ghz (low clocks to day my place is like a furnace been makeing home bru)
MIS TF III HD 7950 @ 1100Mhz and 1450Mhz on the vram (my useual 1500 mhz was giveing artifacting dont know why this clock has been stable for years)
Windows 7 ult
Latest AMD beta driver 15.4

In game it runs fine lowest ive seen is 40fps when driveing around outherwise the game is just at 60fps the refresh rate of my monitor.
The benchmark tool dosent seam to be working right msi afterburner showing only %50 to %75 gpu useage.

Edit some extra random area shots with fps, gpu, usage, core usage ect

Ok, so here's mine :)

MSI GTX970 Gaming 4G @+ 150mhz core +600mhz mem

MSI Z97 Gaming 7
Corsair Vengence Pro 16gb @2133 CL10
Corsair HX850i
Samsung 840 Evo
Corsair H100
Windows 8.1 Pro x64

One thing of note before we start; game is really hesitant to enter the deadly .5gigs zone and only barely does so during heavy benchmarks. Either R* is clever or really hesitant to push it beyond 3560mb I've seen it max at.

You can see rivatuner stats in top left

Bench from start of river to end:
Frames: 11552
Time: 115078
Min: 72
Max: 141
Avg: 100.384

Never seen it drop to 72 in game but this my save go to, to guarantee smooth 60fps at all time, I drop vsync on since tearing is horrible in this game and just chill as butter smooth 60fps 1440p.

Now time for more cranked up settings, to push the fps safety gap a bit.

2nd Run:

changes from above:
Shader Quality: Very High
Reflection Quality:Very High
Water Quality: Very High
Particles Quality: Very High
Soft Shadows: Nvidia PCSS
Tesselation: Normal

Drive around town with cops chasing for a while:
Frames: 12873
Time: 144547
Min: 70
Max: 110
Avg: 89.058

Bench from river to end:
Frames: 10293
Time: 115734
Min: 61
Max: 129
Avg: 88.937

So by moving all settings to very high, still no msaa and keeping same low resource heavy advanced settings, dropped avg about 12fps.

So lets keep going I Guess

3rd Run:

Changes:
MSAA: x2
TXAA Nvidia: ON
Post Effects: Ultra
Tesselation: Very High

Bench:
Frames: 6272
Time: 116141
Min: 40
Max: 69
Avg: 54.003

40-50's were mostly during river part rest stayed at around 55.

3rd run I would consider the highest you could push my config and stay at the 45-60 fps playable range. With freesync/gsync I would say this is the go to as it does look a lot better having the msaa and txaa enabled.

I'll stick to 2nd run settings simply because im lazy and will slap vsync on and enjoy a good game.

Hope this helps someone out there :3

I'm convinced of the 970 now. :D

I must say that once again, 970 definitely hits the sweet spot in performance for 1080p/1440p while keeping the costs down. but lack of vram and being limited to 3.5gigs (looks like hardware lock from the engine?) is the biggest down side of it. hopefully as TTL said once 300 lineup is released nvidia and amd will push for 6 and 8 gig vram cards. only thing I would wish for is being able to slap msaa on as it looks so delicious :3 maybe when I finally sli this beast or wait for 980ti :D
