GPU shipments have increased by 20% this quarter, with AMD increasing shipments by 15% and Nvidia increasing their sales by a whopping 39%.

Not surprising that the shipments have increased given the long overdue overhaul. Pascal is going to seem rather outdated soon enough though given its roots.

AMD's growth would have been better if they had actually released a 1070 competitor. Especially if it was a GPU as good as the RX480 is turning out to be.
