GPU GTX260 stays at 50% half load ?!

I got my third rig running,

a MSI 7058 + a GTX260..

now the problem is that it won't FOLD at 100% but just 50% (GPU) !?

and when i do something on it , it even goes down further to 20/15%..

anyone has a idea ?? sorry normally i would find it out myself , but i don't have to much time at hands

when i try to poiwer it , i see a second my keyboard lights but nothing happens after that....

GPU2 for this rig,

i think i cooked the CPU as it already was way to hot when i installed windows , 70c

i am going to take it apart and get a new CPU tomorrow,

when I get to sick of it, i am going to order another NEW Upgrade tomorrow

i so hope to fix this with my other stock POS cooler ,

as it was going very slow in windows , throttling like a mad man...

Guys i just got a different mobo and another P4 CPU... tried about everything,

and now i am getting the same result, doesn't spin up but i DO see the keyboard lights for a moment ,

now can this be a faulty PSU ??

i blew something up, but now i am like this again

the only thing i can't test, is a different PSU and i hope it IS the PSU....

And i am glad to be of Fun LOL

EDIT i Do now know it was throttling ,

and i will test my other Antec PSU tomorrow , shame that will cost me a lot off PPD but hey i will come back with more....
 
Anyone on the PSU ? not really feeling like pulling out my Antec from my second rig,

i am afraid i will head to the store again...

EDIT i looked it up and this indeed can still be the PSU,

not enough power and it IS a POS PSU

Oo now i ended up with 2x more P4 rigs with p4 3.6/3.8 CPU's

/needs more GPU's.........
 
I hope to have a nice farm in the future, but I really want to save up for a monster SRX rig and just have one rig to maintain. Too expensive for a Student though :/

3x CPU P4 Mhz 3gig something , i only need a third skt 775 mobo for it and a GPU (x2)...

Under the PSU box there is another P4 with the GTX260 will run laters....

I am going to try and see what the p4 puts out and if its a big hit on the GPU performance,

more news later..

I am not sure yet what i will pay, will do aa calculate later when i have most of it running
