Google Chrome playing up ?

Is there anyone else having some weird behaviour in Chrome over the last few days? When on the search page, it every now and then doesn't change to the hand icon at all, when I want to open a link, in facebook, if there isn't a visible comment, and I want to comment, it won't let me unless I like it first, also a few times now, I scroll down a bit and then it suddenly either stops, as if you have scrolled down to fast, but it either just stops and doesn't go any further, or a pop up appears saying " Something went wrong "

The main page is Overclockers UK, quite often it will do the same as it does on a Chrome search page, and not give me the option to open something, this usually happens if I've been on there for a while. Also on OCUK, it will take an age to load a page, to the point where it is quicker to refresh the page.


I'm running W10, fully up to date, as are all my drivers. Cheers guys..

Which version of Chrome are you using x86 or x64, I was using x64 version of chrome and i was having issues with Youtube i changed back to the x86 version and my issue when away.

Have you try other browsers like Firefox or Chromium to see if the issue is still there.

Chrome was misbehaving for me too so i went over to Firefox so far no issues

I'm on the X86 mate and it's fully up to date, I tried going back to Firefox, but that is acting odd too, well not acting as much as looking, the tool bar where all the icons like back and home are, looks like and old IE, tool bar it's gone 3 deep, and there is no close, reduce, or minimise, buttons in the right corner, I've tried every setting in their customise menu, but it will not change, I've even reinstalled it twice with the same result.


I might have to try Edge, it is the only one not playing up, apart from every time I open it, the first time every day, I have to re tick Google as the search option.

You could try the x64 of chrome but i think it would end up doing it as well, i have no idea why it would be doing that on Firefox as well, Hopefully some one else can pass on some advice

I no mate, it is a bit of a puzzle. I'm in the process of manually adding my bookmarks and saved pages to Edge, at least I can take the time to clean up my folders, it might turn out to be a good thing..
