Good Place for a Hi-fi?

Title says it all.. i was thinking comet.. :)

Depends if you know what you want or not tbh. If you know what you want and Comet stock it, there's a good chance they'll be one of the cheapest. If not, don't trust their staff to give you any solid advice.

Richer sounds & Rayleigh hifi are 2 places round here I'd rather go, but even then i'd use them for their advice and then buy whatever I like the sound off for cheaper online.

Depends how much you want to spend.

I bought my speakers, CD player, amps and a Quadaspire table from Grahams in London.

http://www.grahams.co.uk/

They are the best Hi-Fi place in the UK and are ranked in the top 5 of Hi-Fi shops in the world!!

argos do some good systems, they also do a load of crap ones, but....its worth a look

or perhaps, if you want seperates, go for ebay?

i'd steer clear from the retails like the dixon group and argos. I'd go for someone like richer sounds who know what there talking about.

Who the HELL said Argos or Comet??!!???!!

OMFG go die

Richer Sounds or your local audiophile shop, be there or be...well a bit of a tw@t really

nor me, nice pc, nice amp and speakers and your set.

Aye, most highstreet retailers will lube you up and bugger you.

Richer sounds is always a great place to start. Also what hi-fi has great reviews and pages of good places to buy things.

What Hi-Fi
