Alright everyone, I'm looking for a good list of PC Games to get. I like any genre really except mmo's. I also like sports games played with a PC controller, and I would really like some games I can play with the touchpad on my laptop.

I already have:

CS:S

HL2

Far Cry 2

CoD 4

Burnout Paradise

NFS Pro Street

The Sims 3

NHL 09

Pro Evolution Soccer 09

Prototype

GTA IV

Splinter Cell

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated :boink:

Crysis and crysis warhead needs some serious power but an awesome game in every respect IMHO

COD5 whilst not as good as COD4 but Good

Yeah, men of war is great. When I finished the russian single player campaign I was like "hm that wasn't too long, but not bad either" and then it turns out there are another 3 campaigns :D

Can have some confusing missions though, requires some patience every now and then.

all about the multiplayer, single players great though, requires so much thought and planning but is so worth it

Fallout 3 is one of the best PC games I've ever played.

Mafia is a bit old but still a great game, same goes for GTA:San Andreas.

Bioshock is certainly worth a play, especially as there's a new one being lined up for next year now.

GRID is a great arcade racer that's a lot of fun even if you're not a huge racing game fan, same goes for DiRT.

If you don't have an Unreal Tournament game yet, it's probably worth investing. UT2004 is one of the best imo and still has a decent online community, and UT3 isn't at all bad either, and has better gfx.

If you haven't played Portal yet, it's good. Short and sweet, and theres a few mods that add some more levels.

That should keep you busy for a while!

Thief Deadly Shadows and Boilin Point are good to play . But for " thief " you will need a darkroom since the game as is its name lol

Three greatest games ever, in reverse order :

Fallout 2 (not 3 which is bobbins, 2!)

The Witcher Enhanced Edition. Fanfreakingtastic.

Company of Heroes Opposing Fronts - Greatest game ever. Not up for debate.

Also I recommend UT2004 (3 is terrible), Grid, GTR Evo, Settlers II 10th Anniversary, Crayon Physics Deluxe, World of Goo, Peggle Nights and Street Fighter IV.

VB

Oh my no. Codies haven't made a good game in any genre since CMR2. Grid only gets away with it because the drifting is so awesome.

Fuel is terrible imho. It's Test Drive Unlimited crossed with Motorstorm. Both of which are better.

I am lovin Empire Total War at the moment. It isn't to hard to get to grips with the game, i got into very easily. It does require a fairly strong system but it is worth it the detail is incredible.
