Good deal on MSI 8800 Ultra @ Newegg

Newegg currently has in stock three vendors 8800 Ultras. MSI, XFX, and eVGA. Currently the XFX and eVGA cards are $829.99 with core clock speeds of 612mhz and memory speed of 2160Mhz.

The listed MSI card is priced at $760 and has a core clock speed of 660mhz and 2300mhz on the RAM. Can we say..... GOOD ARSE DEAL? Faster from the factory and $70 less expensive.

I think we have a winner!

No that would be VAT included. Once I receive the card (usually 2-3 business days) you should have it within 1-2 weeks.

I try and fib my way through customs as good as possible, but if they open the package, assess the actual value, and ding you with mad customs fees.... NOT MY PROBLEM.

Frag has sent me stuff before, it is cool, he is cool - he marks it in the appropriate way to avoid fees.

As he says though, IF they decide to open it they you will pay import duties. Some other dude from US sent me two 7900GT's, didn't mark the package properly so they held it, charged me 17.5% VAT and some bogus £20 fine. Obviously I paid and they released the goods.

But that was due to the sender being a bender.

With Frag in charge ther is only a 1% chance of that happening
