We all know and love GoldenEye on the N64 don't we??

Now get prepared for it on the PC as a dedicated team get going on a new Source-engine based version.

Looks sweet as and has some nice tweaks in it. Free to download via steam (requiring only HL2 to get) and well - I love Goldeneye so I'm looking forward to it :D

I don't mean to revive an old thread but here goes

I dont know if you guys have been keping up but they are releasing an alpha ver for Christmas :D

Also (you guys will be happy) I was just reading their forums and stumbled across this:

Yes we will be including High Dynamic Range Lighting, so you will need a pretty high end system if you wish to run everything at its highest settings; Dont we all?. There will be an option to turn HDR off if you wish to do so, this will raise your frames per second pretty high.

Our requirments will probably be around this, though i cant confrim these, as we havent added everything in yet.

Recommened system requirements:

3.0Ghz CPU

1GB of ram

DirectX 9 Graphics Card

1.5GB of free harddrive space

NOTE: We will release our system requirments for our alpha, a few days before it is release, December 25th.

:worship: :worship: HDR!!!! w000000000000t!!!!!

yeah I was laughing too, those are loose requirments if you could not tell :rollingla

Not excited about the HDR eh mate?

Ahh the heady days of playing goldeneye on the n64.

Looks pretty impressive. Not sure my current rig would get the most out of it tho.
