This is the Achilles heel for Gigabyte. And it's also what Asus tends to do better than any other mobo maker. Bring on the Crosshair 8 review!

I'm just waiting for an ITX board. Didn't like the Gigabyte one shown the other day. But this board here is damn nice.

Shame the itx just didn't suit me personally.

Damn. I've got the AX370 Gaming K5 right now which looks the business (even if the power delivery is a little meh). I've not found a board that has the same restrained, clean styling since I bought it so an upgrade has never been tempting. This though. This might just go on the wish list, along with the CPU bump.

Yeah, I’m aware... Although not so sure/keen on the heatsink fan on the ASUS boards, many say they are prone to failure/fail. Meanwhile this board uses the boards armour to dissipate the chipsets heat instead.

Yeah the extra premium on the CH8 is something I'm questioning now. I was a shoe-in on that board until I saw the price. Now I'm hesitant.
