Gigabyte To Establish A Joint Venture With ASUSTeK

In an interesting development, Gigabyte and ASUSTeK has decided to 'get it on' in a strategic joint venture deal. Gigabyte United Incorporated, as the venture is to be known, is designed to avoid competition between the two companies and allow both to mutually benefit from integrated resources. Will this benefit the consumer in the long run, or will it develop into an motherboard monopoly? Feel free to comment below...
