Gigabyte SKT-1155 PA65-UD3-B3 Motherboard good?

I've literately just bought this motherboard a few hours ago for £79.79. I have a few questions to ask, i want to know if this motherboard is any good for the price range (I'm on a budget). Also i previously had a Foxconn H55M-s motherboard and it died so i bought this one, is the motherboard i have bought as a replacement better or worse?

Dude you can't run your i5 760 on that Gigabyte board. The i5 760 is for a socket 1156 board, the gigabyte board you've just bought is socket 1155 for sandybridge chips.
