GFX cards, pal ntsc

Are cards actually pal or ntsc??

I can't find any literature on it either way!

Got a mate coming over from Canada who may be bringing me an old GFC card.

Wanted to know if it would work or if they are region locked...

Not region locked, you can change the output signal from the gfx control panel.

The gfxcard will identify what TV/Monitor it`s plugged into and give options from there.

Also, if he is coming over.. if it doesn't work he can just take it back with him
