GEIL release CAS 1.5RAM

Geil has announced its first CAS 1.5RAM to the market:

"In the lab, our engineers are able to post the newest UltraX-XL DDR 400MHz module at CL 1.5-5-2-2 with 2.5V to 3.6V power consumption on the DFI-SLI-DR motherboard." Jeff Hsieh, Chief Executive Officer of GeIL said. "These newly released Extreme Low Latency modules came with GeIL's latest EVP (Extended Voltage Protection) technology which offers extra peace of mind for hardcore gamers who demand more."

Looks pretty sweet. Geil seem to be doing more and more in the memory market at the moment.

Official specs: PC3200 400MHz FSB with CAS 1.5-2-2-2 at 2.6V - 3.6V

So GEIL have stepped ahead and run their RAM fast. Like it.

Why? AMD's run cool as and if he's careful and has the latest BIOS then he will get something out of it for sure.

Anyway, he's getting an XP-90 soon so I will expect him to OC!!
