"WTF let me reset"
*same as before*

Thank Windows and its restore points. Back to 337.88

The offset was locked at -100mhz. Even if I tried to change the gpu clock, it would "grey out" and go back to -100mhz. I rolled back to the 337.88 driver, and I can change clocks again.

when people say 'rolled back' do you mean using windows restore, or actually installing the old drivers *properly*

I downloaded the previous non-beta driver from nvidia and used it's built in installer. Windows restore is a bit much just to go back to a previous driver. I used the term "rolled back" because it is a common term where I work when we reload previous verified run configs on our routers and switches or operational settings for our software.

Just checking as bad installs/roll-backs/re-installs cause so many problems and can be so easily avoided with a little patience is all :)

agreed. I don't have any issues after going back. It was the beta driver that was locking the GPU clock. I assumed it was done on purpose because it was a beta driver.
