Gears of War Ultimate Edition has been updated and AMD has released their new Crimson 16.3 drivers. Has the game been fixed?

Shame about the framerate cap, but good to see it's very playable now.
But what the heck about that AMD 4K performance, AMD should do as good as if not better than Nvidia right now on DX12, so that reeks of more underlying issues with the game.
At least now I know I could pick up the game if I wanted, I have a GTX 970 atm so I should be able to run it just fine.
