There is always that possibility, though it least it means that things are good on the CPU side. Some games these days are super CPU limited, especially on single CPU threads.

If it targets 60FPS on the Xbox One X, it shouldn't be that hard to run on PC.

Yeah ironically the games that tend to be CPU limited are strategy games. With the amount of AI processing they do you'd think they would be ahead of the curve like they were back in the day but nope.

Most CPU limited game ever is Company of Heros.

It's good hope that if it runs 4k 60fps on a Xbox it should easily be able to hit 120. So I don't doubt them however they are only slightly misleading. Just wish they would say at what resolution, etc they hit 120fps.
