GD80,I5 760,XMS3 OC help

heya all i need help i wanna give manual overclocking ago and that means not using the OC genie button on my board

thing is im slightly number dyslexic so if some one could explain it the most simpliest way that would be great.

my system is

MSI P55 GD80 (not flashed to new bios yet)

CORE I5 760 2.80GHZ

CORSAIR XMS3 1600MHZ 4GB RAM @ 9-9-9-24

ive got watercooling on the cpu so i can maneg a decent clock.

i read some but cant figure it out mate also looked on google .
