Gcard not receiving enough power

Okay, I've had this problem for about a year, my graphics card is a Club 3D GeForce 6600GT. Normally when the PSU is weak it gives that power sentinel warning as soon as you start Windows, but mine doesn't, I can play fine for about 20 minutes and then it gives me the warning about my gcrad not receiving enough power. The weird thing is that, for example when I'm playing Battlefield 2 I won't get this warning because BF2 is a system hog and I have to turn the graphics down quite a bit. But in STALKER I have pretty decent graphics and there I get this warning after about 25 minutes of gamplay in the outside, some of you who have played STALKER know that there are also some undeground labs, in those labs I can play for about 10-15 minutes because there are a lot more shadows and stuff. So, when I'm playing games that have good graphics I get this power sentinel warning and when I'm playing games that have not-so-good graphics I won't get this warning. Maybe it's the motherboard I got form the warranty, it's an Epox EP-8HDAI-pro. It looks rather old, only 2 RAM slots. I don't know....So, any help/advice is welcome :) Oh, and my PSU is a .... 480W Hiper, that's what it sais on the receipt.

Okay, here it goes:

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ processor

1024MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM

Club 3D GeForce 6600GT(AGP) gcard

Epox EP-8HDAI pro mobo

somekind of Seagate 160GB Ultra-ATA HD

Floppy drive (without it my comp goes crazy, I don't know why)

and thats it, I've disconnected my DVD and CD roms

Do you have access to a multimeter at all mate? Ideally you should hook one up to the PCI-E connector plugged into your graphics card (if the 6600GT has one - if not plug it into any other +12v rail). Then play some games and see how low the voltage drops to.

480w should be more than enough for your system, but it does sound like a PSU problem.

Ouh....I don't know much about PSUs....What's a "rail"? And right now I don't have a multimeter but I think I can get one if needed. Oh, and my card is a AGP type, sorry, forgot to mention it.

EDIT: I wrote down that info from the back of my PSU, maybe there's something useful-

EDIT II: I found out my PSU's name, it's a "Hiper Type-R 480W"

A little off topic, but next time could you upload pics onto the OC3D server? Can be found at upload.overclock3d.net or upper-right hand corner on the forums there is a button that says "Upload Files". Just use your forum username and pass to log in. Much faster than ImageShack :)

The first time I had this problem I thought it was the card too, got it exchanged for another one - still the same problem. I got so sick of it that I decided not to mess with it anymore and thought I could live with this probem.....But it seems I can't :( ....

A bump:

Found a weird thing, I had just installed RivaTuner and when I was checking the graph of my gcard's core clock I noticed an odd thing-

http://upload.overclock3d.net/get.php?id=2250

See the part where it's at 300MHz, that's where it was when I started RivaTuner, when I started up EVEREST Ultimate, it jumped to 500MHz, which it should actually be, then after a minute it dropped back to 300MHz, I did this several times and every time happened the same thing. The "Core VID, none-dimensional" acted the same way to EVEREST's startup. I think my comp is cursed or something....
