Hey everyone,

I just got done building the new rig and the ACPI LED S4_S5_LED is on (red). I'm a little worried about booting it up.

The manual just reads:

The 4 embedded ACPI LEDs indicate the system power status (S0, S1, S3, S4, S5) to prevent potential hardware damage due to improper plug/unplug actions.

After some research I found everything from bent cpu pins to clearing the CMOS. Nothing about what specifically the S4_S5 LED means. I trippel checked. All my hardware is properly wired, the cpu and mobo are fine.

I was wondering if some of you may have had the same problem or know more about this issue.

I finally dared to turn on the computer, installed windows and drivers. Everything seems to be running just fine. Not sure what the problem was. The LED is now off. Thank you for reading anyway :]

i know nothing about that particular mobo, else i might have said something. i am glad it is all okay now
