4+1 Phase is going to limit you unfortunately.
I'd say you'd probably be able to hit around 4.4 to 4.6Ghz
Anything more you're probably going to get throttling.
Most 8350s can do an extra 400 - 600Mhz with little to no voltage increase but of course you'll be at the grace of the silicone gods!
Remember that 1.55v is the max recommended voltage for this processor, and 62c is the Max Core temperature and it is advised that 70c is a soft limit for the socket (Depends on motherboard quality)
