Furmmark artifacting??

I recently got myself a Gigabyte gtx 570 Super Overcloacked (that was a typo on purpose), I'm getting help on BSODs from a Microsoft Employee and he advised my to run Furmark Burn in tests to test graphics card stability.

In the tutorial he gave my (http://tinyurl.com/cynpf7d) it said to stop testing if there was artifacting and I checked on youtube and furmark videos looked different from mine.

Anyway cutting to the chase is this furmark with artifacting or is it ok????

Cheers guys!!

From the screen shot I can't see any sign of artifacting. Is your problem similar to the video below:

I briefly had the gigabyte gtx 480 SOC before I RMA'd it and found alot of artifacting with it. If you try running the OCCT gpu test it tells you in the top left corner how many graphical errors have been produced so running that too might help confirm it for you.

@yassa It doesn't look like that

btw, does the test finish its self and if you have to finish it when should you do this?

Furmark will run until you stop it I believe. You dont want to run it too long, when the gpu temperature levels out that is probably enough.

But yeah I would still say run OCCT, you can set a run time on that so it wont just keep going and it will give you some numbers to quantify the degree of artifacting rather than you having to look out for them. If OCCT runs for an hour without errors then that is usually a good sign of stability. Keep an eye on ur temps though just incase.
