funny beeping sound

i get a beeping sound, like a alarm when i turn my computer on, and when i put the hsf back in its 4pin power thing it goes away, ive got watercooling now so how do i get rid of the beeping?i have the pump mounted to a molex, should it be to this?

There should be settings in the BIOS for fan speed alarms... the BIOS will set one fan jumper to be for the CPU fan, and if it aint connected/ running above a certain RPM, it`ll let you know, because it`ll assume the CPU is about to explode. Either plug in a fan, or there should be a setting to disable it
