Hello!

Thougt it was time to a threath with me messing around trying to get my pc as quiet as posible. I will post som stuff i allredy have done, to tell whats a good ide, and whats not.

My pc as of today contains following components:
P9X79-E WS
I7 3820
16GB Patriot Viper 3
AX750 (dying)
Node 605 w/ spikes
760 DC2
Crucial M4 256GB
WD Red 3TB
PH-TC14CS
eLoop PWM fans


And the first ting to try out is liquid metal thermal paste

It will be fun testing out this stuff on cpu and gpu.


And i anyone has anny ideas to somethings i can try to get down the noise of my computer, dont be afraid to post so in the threath. No idea is to crazy.

So I just innstalled the Liquid Ultra on my cpu, and god damn its a nightmare to apply! And NH-T1 for my gpu.
And i must say i'm not actualy impressed over the thermal pasete used on the 760, the fact that it had dried out and i could just peal it of says it all...
Test results will be up tomorrow i think.

And i allso desided to completly redo the cablemanagement.

how to rout a 8pin eps in a case with no cable management

Removed some wires from the PCI-e cable

And i have innstalled rubber mounts for all the case fans
