flashing 6950 to 6970

Is it still possible to do this?

What is the best brand to do this with?

Buying one next week so any info on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

was reading some people had artifacting & increased temp with the 6970 bios but with the 6950 bios + shaders unlocked, the card ran fine so guess it depends on how lucky you are

I guess the 6970 would possibly have higher ram voltages etc in the BIOS
