Its annoying not being able to rep someone without it...well - look at my reps lol

So I was correct.

I personally couldn't give a damn whether or not there even is a reppage system (partially due to the fact that I don't get repped much. ) as I didn't necessarily find it useful.

I wonder how many users actually look at the rep bar to check the "value" of their post?

It helps people identify those in the community who go out of their way to help people

Its also incentive for others to help out as you get some kind of recognition

The squares are quite spaced out, you need a fair few reps to get your second notch dude, Ive got 140+reps and only just got my 2nd box for you lot too see.

Ill try and see if theres anything we can do to resolve this.

What really really counts is the way you treat others. Un like some forums this place is cool. So you dont need a rep system ...

Ok here is my guess at what has happened....

1. Either a mod/admin (or possibly a user self-repping) has given themselves a silly amount of reps.

2. This person has then repped someone, which has in turn given them a silly amount of reps.

3. From there its had a viral uptake on the forum with super-reppers repping others.

I've set everyones reps back to normal levels now, so if you could all try sharing some reps and make sure everything is back to normal, that'd be great.

TBH I'm with mayhem on this tho...I dont think we need the system. Or at least the system should be hidden. Everyone should be treated the same regardless of reps
