Hey everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone had any other ideas for solving this fairly small problem I have.
I have a Corsair 650D case and a lamptron Fc6, when I went to install the lamptron and screw it into the optical bay screw holes, the facepalte of the lapmtron is about 3-4mm recessed behind the bezel of the case. I want to be able to mount the Fc6 so the faceplate is flush with the case bezel.
My dad had the idea of marking where the screw hole would need to be and drilling another set of holes in the case. I feel like this is probably a good way to go, and my dad is very good with that type of stuff so Im sure he will do a good job with it, but I just thought I put this out ?=there and see if anyone else has some ideas for different ways to get it flush?
Thanks!
Here is a picture of it screwed into the stock screw holes.
