From what i have read on these and other forums and you tube vids I think i am on the right road with this but i wanted to run it by you guys just to make sure.

Switch 810 case
rx360 rad in top
rx240 rad in bottom
xspc bayres with 2 x d5 pumps in series (overkill or good for redundancy?)
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-163-XS&groupid=962&catid=2141&subcat=
raystorm cpu block
2 x watercool gpx blocks foor 7970 cards
Fans will be just push, probably corsair sp120 quiets
tubing/fittings to tase

I guess i would go pumps/res -> cpu ->360 rad -> 2xgpu blocks ->240 rad ->pump/res

What you guys think? especially with the dual d5. I guess I want some proterction in case the first pump fails.

cheers

You'll be alright with a single D5.

Protection and redundancy for pump failures is a little stupid when watercooling IMO.
You CPU has a shut off point and will shut down the system if it does overheat.

It's just extra noise and extra cost for no reason.
