First time overclock - FX 6300

Hi all, I've managed to get my FX 6300 to 4.7Ghz (seemingly) stable @ 1.450v after a 10 hour Prime95 burn test and I'm just wondering if these temps look ok? (I'm not sure which readings are for what).

(Not sure why my fans are supposedly maxing out at over 28000RPM, but whatever :D)

My specs are -

GA-970A-UD3 ( rev 1.0 8+2 power phase)
FX 6300 @ 4.7Ghz (Seidon 120v AIO watercooler + 2 x NF-P14R-REDUX-1500-PWM in push-pull)
2 x 4Gb G.Skill RipJawsX @ 1600Mhz 9-9-9-24
2 x R9 270 @ 1050/1500

Thanks in advance for any help :)

EDIT: Oops, just realised that I somehow double posted in the wrong section

Wow, I have never seen temps of 64°c before lol. I get up to around 45°c or so at full load though. I have all air cooling in a well designed case. I am in Sedona Arizona atm so the temps are a little higher than would be in a cooler environment.

45°c on which reading mate?

Don't listen to that software on temps. It's wrong. The only way you can get accurate temps is using AMDs software. All other software report different temps due to the way AMD made their sensors.

Nice overclock!

Your temps look fine however use AMD Overdrive as suggested :) This will give you the distance to the max recommended temperature.

Some agree with the 62c figure, others suggest that this could be higher and AMD are being "safe" with this. I myself ran my AMD 8350 @ 5Ghz and would under stress testing achieve around 62c to 70c depending on ambient - However, real world usage wouldn't attain this temp.

These chips love voltage, give it voltage and it will go! (as long as you've got adequate cooling)

HWMON has always been bang on the money for me with AMD temps. Just look for the highest one and that's usually your package temp.

IIRC AMD say 68c is your limit but my 8320 will do 73c before my rig locks. It's literally heat dependent.

Low 60s is really good, now aim for 5ghz :D
