ok after doing the Vdimm mod i wanted to do the droop mod as well cos i had huge Vcore fluctuations with my P4C800 E Deluxe.

received my Vrs today and straight away i went for it...

i redid my Vdimm mod to take the SMD grabber off cos it wasnt looking very neat...

Will do some guides for both the mods in the next few days.

for now here are some pics:

The vdroop mod is more difficult than the Vdimm mod...

i had to take all my rig apart...and hope for the best :D...

my vcore is higher now and doesnt drop that badly...

setting 1.585 or 1.575 in the bios i get 1.65- 1.63V iddle and 1.62V under load...

i will have to fine tune the VR a bit to make it more accurate i guess...

tomorrow i am gonna do Phils board so that we both have some decent boards to play with by the time our mach 2 Gts arrive...hopefully by the end of the week :D

hey Brwmogazos, nice to see you posted! been looking forward to it mate, so the big question, can u go further than 3.6ghz on air now?

never had time to test even stability @ 3.6ghz mate

i just run it at 3.6 no probs...prime runs i havent run it more than 30 mins though...

now after doing the mods dunno havent had time yet...
