Hello,
Well to start with it has been about 6-8 years since my last build of a pc & its probably somewhere in the attic. since not using that just been stuck with a laptop and been on console's for gaming which I regret now...dam I've missed PC gaming so much. Got the urge last year to build a PC and get back into the right way of gaming again, but then I ended up getting married, and the costs linked to that had to put build on hold. It just got to the stage where I just had to do & here it finally is!:D
I've got a lot to learn along with the way, haha already got a few issues with it. I'll mention the little bugs I have with it in another tread, will keep this tread positive. I think their just driver related/windows 10 issues.

The Build: -
Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX Mid Tower Case - Black - Basically hardwarecanucks youtube channel made my mind up about case. Adore it!

Intel Core i7-6700K

Asus Maximus VIII Formula Intel Z170 - Tiny Tom mate, sold me on this one! Looks gorgeous.

Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4

EVGA GeForce GTX 980Ti Classified

EVGA SuperNova P2 1000W

Samsung 500GB 850 EVO SSD - For OS & a few programs.

Samsung 1.0TB 850 EVO SSD - For games, video etc.

Asus PG279Q ROG Swift 27" 2560x1440 IPS G-Sync 165Hz
Gaming Widescreen LED Monitor - LOVING THIS.

NZXT KRAKEN X61

Corsair White LED fans for front intake, back exhaust & SP ones for the radiator.

Steelseries QCK XXL Mouse Pad

NZXT Grid+ Version 2 Internal Digital 6 Fan Controller

Corsair Gaming K70 RGB Cherry MX Brown Mechanical Keyboard

Mionix Castor USB Optical Gaming Mouse

Microsoft Windows 10

CableMod E-Series G2 & P2 Cable Kit - Black

Astro A40 Wired Headset - Will do for now, got it cheap new on gumtree. not really feeling the sounds quality.

Looks very nice dude.

FYI, I've fixed all your image links for you this time, please use the edit button to see how to properly embed images thanks.

Thank you for sorting the pictures out.
haha yes OP build, but didn't hold back with what I wanted in the end waiting for so long.
One aspect I would like to mention is the Mionix Castor mouse, Dam does it feel natural while using it. Like driving in a way can do it without thinking about it if that makes sense.

OP generally stands for original poster/original (first) post on in a forum thread :)

However you do still have a powerful rig :)

Nice looking system :)

I have been thinking of picking up a Phanteks Evolv ATX myself but they do look sort of short in height to me. I don't know but i get the feeling everything looks so cramped in an Evolv. Decided to stick to my Carbide 540 for now.

Yeah that's fair to say. Was really simple to build in, the only bit that seem a tight squeeze the radiator and the ram heat sinks. With the radiator having that pull out system made it really quick but yeah there is only a few mm between the radiator and the ram heat sinks. Just wanted a full aluminum as their will be something epic to come once my dad get time to do it. He's just practicing on scrap sheets at the moment.

Beautiful system, clean cables and setup its a win win. Props to you dude.

Thank you, going to upload new photo's tonight of the whole room setup. Just saving up for a Herman Miller chair now to complete everything and the Dolby Atmos speakers, been waiting 5 weeks from KEF:(

Please use the multi-quote option rather than posting twice, thank you

Looks really nice. Great case choice btw :P

Cheers mate! yeah love the case too! Just stare at it sometimes while the wife forces me to watch some disney movie. haha
